hi, i got a low gre score, and i am planning to apply for fall 2017, for Masters in Construction Management, is it advisable to opt for universities like , Philadelphia university, Auburn University, Colorado state university, where GRE for Masters in Construction Management is not required, only TOEFL is required. I got 86 in TOEFL.
