MS in US Fresher

Hi,

I scored 309 in GRE (164-Quant and 145-Verbal) and 93 in Toefl (Reading-19, Speaking-23, Listening-28,Writing-23).
My 10th percentile is 92% and Intermediate(12th) is 91%. I secured 9.11 CGPA in Engineering with one IEEE paper and 2 National papers.
Also I have participated in many technical competitions and won prizes in few, and actively participated as volunteer in few events.
Additionally I will have 3 years of work experience by the time I join for MS.
I'm planning to apply for below colleges for MS in Fall-2016. Please suggest me few modifications in this shortlist and also my chances of getting into these colleges.
