planning to join for spring'14 ,
my gre score is 284, ielts 6.0(L 6.0 R -5.0 W-5.5 ,S-7.0)
B.Tech 65%,( 1yr 75% ) backlogs 18 (in 2-2,3-1,3-2 sem)(backlogs due to health problem)
inter 83.4%, ssc 83.3%
guys pls give me answer asap, In which universities i'll definitely get admit, do i get any funding, is there chance for me to get admission in university of clearlake.

I am applying for Fall 2014,MS in computer science engineering (cse) .G.R.E I HAVE 300 148 in quant 152 in verbal awa yet to come.TOFEL 98.
my ug score is 58%(vtu)(3 back logs). Please suggest me some university for my profile .

My GRE score is 320
IELTS - 8
BTech - 74.5%, from CS background.
I have 4+ years of work experience.
