GRE-290, IELTS-6, Academics(ECE)-62.45%, I want to do masters in computers/information system, Please suggest me some universities which can provide scholarship from the 1st semester.

GRE : 288(quant - 154 , verbal - 134)
TOEFL - 91
B.Com - 56%
MCA(I.T) - 61%

sent my score to following universities :

1) University of texas dallas
2) New york institute of technology
3) New Jersey institute of technology
4) Utah state university

Kindly suggest me about my selection of university is appropriate or not also suggest me some more options of universities.
double masters is allowed in U.S , so i should apply on the basis of my master's degree (MCA) ?

please guide me , i ll be great full to you, it's urgent.
