    Visa denied need help.. plz reply

    Because of incorrect information in my DS-160 my visa rejected. I had not mentioned my visa rejection which I got 5 yrs back. During the visa interview when the VO asked was my visa rejected earlier I promptly said no. She rejected my visa gave me a 214b and said don't lie to the consulate.
    Can I reapply for the visa stating that I had got my facts incorrect and I had no intention of lying or am I permanently banned from entering the USA.

    Ya.... made the change but my visa was rejected again... no reason was mentioned.... given 214b...
