Hi,

I have got an admit from Univ of Southern California (USC) and San Diego State (SDSU) for MS in CS for Fall 2013.

Keeping in mind the huge differences in fees, rankings, CS departments and future opportunities, I am a bit confused between the two. I will be going for education loan for studies. Hence, Please give me suggestions as where I would get a better ROI, going ahead.
