if i get a conditional admit after attending my visa interview if it is approved can i take IELTS/TOEFL here itself in india and can i change to full-time by submitting my new score

How can i apply for a conditional admission for pharmacy course in US

my gre score is:284
ielts score is:6.5
i am looking for MS in mechanical engineering in sanjose state university
does my score is enough for normal admission in sjsu or do i get an conditional admission
if i apply please suggest whether i have to apply to this university or choose an other one
and i have also shortlisted some other universities please comment on these

i got 280 in gre and 5 in ielts will i get admission in a & m kingsville in texas

Hai..... I am naveen. I have got 5.0 band score in ielts test. May i know is there any universities applicable for score of 5.0 . Is there any chances to get U.S visa without conditions..???

I got admit from one of US university in MIS but the admit is conditional as my TOEFL score is 79.
Will this affect my visa interview?
