This is Ujwal Gattupalli, I am right now in my 7th semster I have given my gre exam and got 316 152-V and 164-Q and AW-3.0. I am not from a strong financial background so am aspiring for a full fee wavier admission if i get RA or TA above that then its fantastic. I have not given my toefl yet.

I have been the secretary of our college Rotaract club for 2 years (letter of appreciation is issued)
Had been the student convener for our college fest for two years (letter of appreciation is issued)
worked on a part time project and made a 6*4 LED display board in the college
now working for my final year project
been an active member in a technical survey on agriculture which recieved accolades state wide

I am not sure whether I would get an admission I need with this profile please suggest whether I have to give GRE again.

I am interested in VLSI in EE or navigation systems in CE

these are a few universities which I have shortlisted please suggest in which university I can get an admission with fee wavier pertaining to vlsi stream as I am from ECE branch.
