Post Graduation ( MCA - SMU : Distance Learning ) : Result Awaited ( Approximate 65% )

Job Experience : 3yrs( July 2014 ) in Telecommunication Firm
Certification : ISTQB Foundation Level

GRE : 301 ( V:141 and Q:160 )
TOEFL : Not given Yet

I want to pursue MS in CS/Telecommunication
Universities in which i want to apply:
->Northeastern University
->Boston University

Will NGO certification help me to get admission ?

Please Suggest me more universities and advise if somthing necessary.
