    UPenn Embs vs USC Comp engg vs Vtech (meng comp engg)

    I have the following admits. I am interested in comp arch/embedded systems. I am looking at research opportunities, jobs/internships. Penn is costly (64,911 is i20), usc is 57k while vtech is 40k. Please advise as to which one is a better choice.
