U can try UT Arlington.. texas tech .. Csu sacramento.. Csu long beach. . Thy don't have minimum gre score requirement. . But toefl u shld have abv 80

I think ur doing instrumentation eng. U.S univ don't have majors lyk tht.. It ll be paper in ur stream..
