can any one please help me in finding out the universities for 280 score in gre?

Hi, I’m vinay.
My gre score is 303 (verbal-145 & quant-158) and hoping to join for fall 2014 with computer science as my core subject.

TOEFL-84
10th-91%
12th- 83%
B.E-74% (6 semisters)
An internship on java and Android for 11 months and have few college level certificates.
I am seeking to get into the universities located at west of califonia. They are:
1.San Deigo State University
2. San Jose state university
3.San Francisco state university
4. university of southern California

Are there any chances of getting a scholarship????

I am doing my B.tech in CS, I am still not sure if I should go for MS in CS or MS in MIS. I can compromise on the course if I get a better university.
I am expecting to get around 310 in my GRE. Please suggest some universities for my profile, preferably in California.
