profile evaluation...need help deciding universities..

Hey .... friends i ahve been offered admission in NEU ... just wanted to know ... as i am from ECE background and changing to MIS ... will it be a problem to continue thr or its manageable ??? pls help me i am in so much of dilemma NEU is the only good option available for me rt now pls help ...

I got an offer from UPenn.. Could u pls let me know how good ths univ is for Electrical Engineering?

Your acads are awesome. They will help you a lot.
Get good recommendations, write an attractive SOP and you can make in any university you listed.
You can apply to USC (safe) , NCSU (focusses on acads, so a good option) , Virginia tech, CMU (risky but gettable).
Include atleast 2 safe options like SJSU (great job oppurtunities), NEU, UPitt .

Congrats for your big achievement.
Electrical engineering is a very good program from Penn. Even I have a friend who is undertaking MS in Electrical from Penn.
I also got into UPenn for EMBS program.
