actually if u complete gre n toefl by april end u can get in some college for fall 13 but not into good ones as all the good univ's deadlines will b completed by end of april.. so plan for spring 14 .. or u can try for fall 14 cuz for fall students get a lot of ta's ra's r scholarshps than compared to spring sem.. u can do a job for a year which will cover up for ur backlogs during visa interviews... if u want to get into a good school wid mod fee n good chance for schlrshp's then go for public schools where u have a chnc for those.. get a good gre n toefl/ielts score n have a bit of work exp u can surely get into good ones.. i would suggest u to plan for fall sem only.. good luck

my gre score is 300, ielts 6.5 acads 63% 1 backlog cse stream.sending packets this week. i listed out these universities help me out plz..
1.sam houston
2.ODU
3.NIU
4.Cleveland state
5.alabama huntsvile
6.GMU
7.suny Binghamton
8.ut taylor
plz reply me as early as possible . Suggest me top 5 univ's. I'm applying this weekend. So reply me asap.
