My cgpa is 3.60 out of 4.00. What will it be after WES conversion?

Here's the conversion chart advocated by WES:

43-49 2.5 C+

0-34 0 F

There is no criteria for GGSIPU, Delhi where minimum passing marks are 50/100. Someone please, provide a link to report this rendition.
